Assumption of Risk
By using CarryOn, you acknowledge and agree that any transaction, arrangement, or meeting is entered into at your own discretion and risk. Senders bear the risk of item loss, damage, or delivery delays. Travelers bear the legal and customs risks associated with carrying goods through aviation and border checkpoints.
Customs and Legal Compliance
All users are independently responsible for complying with the national and international laws of their origin, transit, and destination countries. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Declaring all items accurately to customs officials.
- Paying any applicable import taxes, duties, or tariffs.
- Refusing to carry prohibited, restricted, or hazardous materials.
CarryOn does not provide legal advice or represent users in any customs disputes. Senders must reimburse travelers for any direct expenses incurred due to duty charges or tax declarations.
No Escrow or Insurance
We do not provide payment escrow services, delivery guarantees, or cargo insurance. Any financial compensation or reward must be settled directly between the parties. Senders are advised not to ship irreplaceable, high-value, or fragile goods.
