Customs & Safety Policy
Peer-to-peer delivery depends on strict compliance with aviation security and customs rules of both origin and destination countries. Senders and travelers must ensure that no items listed below are posted, requested, or carried.
Strictly Prohibited
Under no circumstances may these items be requested or carried:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or restricted medical substances
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or tactical gear
- Prescription drugs not in the traveler's name or without medical certificates
- High-value currency, bullion, or large amounts of cash
- Counterfeit goods, pirated materials, or unlicensed merchandise
- Perishable fresh foods, plants, seeds, or unpasteurized dairy
- Aerosols, flammable liquids, batteries exceeding airline specs
- Sealed packages/gifts whose contents cannot be physically verified
Common Allowed Items
Items that are generally safe and compliant for peer carry:
- Clothing, shoes, and general fashion accessories
- Personal electronics (laptops, phones, tablets) properly declared
- Packaged, non-perishable store-bought dry foods/spices
- Books, documents, and business paperwork
- Cosmetics, sealed toiletries, and beauty products
- Baby clothes, toys, and child-safe accessories
- Over-the-counter vitamins and health supplements (sealed)
- Gifts with receipts displaying clear retail descriptions
Import Allowances & Customs Duties
Most countries allow travelers to bring in personal effects and gifts up to a certain monetary value tax-free. If items exceed these duty-free allowances, the traveler must declare them at the airport customs desk. Senders must fully compensate travelers for any customs charges, duties, or clearance expenses upon delivery, supported by physical receipts.
