1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CarryOn, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
CarryOn is a matchmaking and coordination platform connecting travelers and item senders. CarryOn is NOT a shipping company, logistics provider, courier service, or customs broker. We do not physically handle, inspect, store, or transport any items, nor do we process payments or escrow funds.
3. Account Registration & Conduct
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You agree to interact with other community members respectfully and honestly.
4. Inspection and Compliance
Travelers are legally responsible for all items they carry in their baggage through transit and customs checkpoints. Senders must present items transparently and allow travelers to visually and physically inspect all packages. Senders must ensure all items comply with aviation security, customs, and import/export regulations of both countries.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, security, legality, or success of any coordination, trip, or delivery. Senders and travelers engage at their own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
CarryOn, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost items, damaged property, customs penalties, travel disruptions, or disputes between users.
